1. The digital Dis-Chem Discount Voucher Promotion is conducted by the promoter Cape Consumers Proprietary Limited (Registration number 1955/003218/07) (“the Company” or “Promoter”), trading as bsmart.
2. Please note that Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed by transacting using the bsmart mobile App at Dis-Chem Pharmacy stores “(Participating Stores”) in the Republic of South Africa. Although the promoter will take all reasonable steps, the promoter will not be liable for any technical problems or any lost, delayed or incorrect transactions linked to the Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers.
3. The digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers can be redeemed by scanning the WI-code on the bsmart mobile App at any Participating Store’s pay-point.
4. The digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers are available to all active bsmart members who have downloaded the bsmart mobile app and have a purchase limit available to spend.
5. There is a limited number of digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers available to members. Once the earlier of 2000 digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers have been redeemed, or 1 May 2018 arrived at, the promotion will no longer be available.
6. The digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers are valid from 27 March 2018 to 30 April 2018. No digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers will be accepted after 30 April 2018.
7. When redeeming the digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers at Participating Stores the member agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These terms, should they require interpretation, will be interpreted by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion, but in accordance with applicable law.
8. Subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to any specific digital Dis-Chem Discount Voucher offering, the digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers entitle the bearer to the stated discount off the selected products as specified on the bsmart mobile app.
9. The digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers, representative of the products in the bsmart member’s basket, can be used multiple times (i.e. there is no limit on the number of digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers that may be used during a single transaction).
10. This digital Dis-chem Discount Vouchers may be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
11. The digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash and no change will be given on a digital Dis-Chem Discount Voucher. The misuse of a digital Dis-Chem Discount Voucher constitutes fraud.
12. We reserve the right to cancel the digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers should we suspect any fraudulent activity has occurred.
13. The digital Dis-Chem Discount Voucher validity at a Participating Store is subject to available stock in store.
14. If you experience any issues at the till point with the digital Dis-Chem Discount Voucher code and your transaction is unsuccessful, ensure that you keep your till slip with a record of the products purchased within your basket. No cash for products purchased using digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers will be refunded without valid proof of purchase.
15. Cape Consumers (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the digital Dis-Chem Discount Voucher Promotion or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, members hereby waive any rights or expectations which they may have against the Company and all relevant partners of the Company and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against bsmart as a result of its decision.
16. Cape Consumers (Pty) Ltd will use the personal information of members obtained by use of the digital Dis-Chem Discount Vouchers in accordance with the privacy policy available on the bsmart.co.za website.
